The Cathay Pacific group signed a contract extension with Airbus in which it added 32 more A320neo family aircraft.
The new order includes both the A320neo and A321neo, but the two companies did not detail quantities by model.
The aircraft will be used by Cathay Pacific, but also by the subsidiary HK Express. According to Airbus, the jets will serve destinations in mainland China and also in the Asian region.
