Leisure carrier Condor took delivery of its first Airbus A320neo at an event in Toulouse, France. The aircraft featured the iconic livery with red stripes on a white background that is based on “beach chairs”.
The A320neo was leased by Avolon and is part of the German airline’s modernization plan that also includes the A321neo, still pending delivery, and the widebody A330neo.
Condor flies 25 first-generation A320 and A321 jets and nine Boeing 757-300s, a higher-capacity variant of the single-aisle aircraft.
