One of the planes that Embraer will exhibit at the Farnborough Airshow, which will take place from July 22nd, the E195-E2 Tech Eagle made an opportune stopover in Luxembourg before flying to England.
The reason for the visit was to present the aircraft to Luxair, one of the E195-E2 customers, which in November last year placed a firm order for four of these aircraft.
Thanks to the visit to the flag carrier of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, company employees had the opportunity to see the narrow-body jet in situ.

Luxair was previously an operator of Embraer aircraft, having flown the EMB 120 turboprop and the ERJ 145 regional jet in the past.
Currently, the carrier has a fleet of ten Boeing 737s, including the MAX variant, and eleven Dash 8-400 turboprops.
The commitment to Embraer, however, is broader. The agreement also provides for options for five more aircraft, which could be the E190-E2 model, with up to 114 seats.
In addition, Luxair contracted the Pool Program for fleet support services with parts stock and scheduled revisions.
Embraer will participate in the Farnborough Airshow 2024 with four aircraft on display, the C-390 Millennium airlifter, the Praetor 600 business jet, the E190F freighter and the E195-E2 ‘Tech Eagle’.
